AI is transforming work. It's also redefining what it means to be human.
Reclaim Your Human Edge
Steady the Heart.
Settle the Nervous System.
Find your Agency.
Conscious Work
AI can now do most of what you spent most of your career getting good at. The analysis. The reports. The answers. Which raises a question nobody at work is asking out loud.
What's left?
Here's what I believe, and what I wrote a book about. What's left is you.
Your judgement in a difficult room. The instinct that knows something's off before the data does. The way people trust you before you've said a word.
And here's what twenty five years in finance never taught me.
You can't access any of it when you're running on empty. Or when the old stories are running you — the proving, the perfecting, the "I'll rest when it's done."
Presence, judgement, instinct. They live in your state, not your CV. And your state can be trained. Your stories can be rewritten.
That's what I call conscious work. And it's the work I do.
Why I do this…
I spent twenty five years in the corporate world, leaving my heart at the door.
That's what the job seemed to ask for. Analysis, logic, evidence. Not intuition. Not feeling.
I don't think that's the deal any more.
Regulating your nervous system starts at the heart. That’s not a metaphor, it’s the mechanism.
So I help leaders steady the heart, settle the nervous system, and find their agency to make conscious choices.
Because that's how more heart gets back into the workplace.
If something here landed, let’s talk.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch. You can tell me what’s going on, I tell you honestly whether I can help. If I can’t, I’ll say so.
Three ways in…
The Reset
You're spinning a lot of plates. Composed on the outside. Only you know the truth.
The Reset is one focused month of 1:1 Coaching and Holosomatic Breathwork, built around you. Not a year of coaching. Not another course. A real shift, in the time you actually have.
I take five clients a month.
The Session
Curious? This is where to begin.
The Session is 90 minutes of honest conversation and guided breathwork. You leave with one shift you can actually feel, and one practice for the next time the pressure rises. And it counts toward The Reset if you continue.
No fixing. No homework. No performance.
The Book
AI can run the analysis. It cannot steady a team when everything feels uncertain. It cannot lead.
Conscious Work is about the one thing AI can't replicate: you. And it's a practical guide to reclaiming it.
Launching this September.

What it's like to work with me…
“The safe space that was created, enabled me to really tap into the subconscious and be vulnerable and that cannot be measured or quantified, and for me, that has been the best thing about this coaching.”
— Satveer, Senior Business Analyst“Viji has a calmness and a presence about her that makes it easy to think properly. I got the clarity I needed.”
— Maliha - Director, Money Matters Accountancy Ltd“Viji held space for me through a really tough decision. No pushing, no advice I hadn’t asked for. Just the room to get clear, and I did.”
—Hadiyah - English Teacher
About Me…
I spent twenty five years in the rooms where the big decisions get made.
Banking, payments, telecoms, fintech. CIMA qualified, senior finance director level by the end. A world that ran almost entirely from the head.
Underneath the spreadsheets, I was always a people person who happened to be good with numbers. I just didn't think that half of me was allowed in the room.
Now I bring both halves together.
As a HeartMath trained coach and holosomatic energy facilitator, I help senior leaders do the inner work the modern workplace has no language for. Settling the nervous system, so pressure stops running the show. Reclaiming your agency. The sense that you have a choice, when the role has trained you to believe you don't.
Presence. Steadiness. The ability to read a room, trust your own judgement, and lead people rather than processes.
The things AI cannot do.
I'm also a mother of two, which means most of this inner work happened in the gaps between school runs and board meetings. Which is, I'd argue, where it counts most.
One leader at a time. That's how more heart gets back into work.
